The Ravages of Time

The theme is  - The Ravages of Time

I have photographed my old company stamps as I found at a flea market.
And I think they should be used on a large manilatag.

I have painted with acrylic colors and crackle paste, used old papers, stamps from Andy Skinner, distress ink and the photo of my old stamps. The large metal stamp is used to number the checks with.

At the flea markets I look for old stamps that have been used in the business and they usually have beautiful wooden handle - sometimes there is a small
metal tag at the top.

I hope that you have been attracted to participate in the challenge and make your own project on SanDee & amelie's Steampunk Challenge - The Ravages of Time

Thanks for stopping by and I'm looking forward to see your project.
Hugs, Susan

  6. Sorry for being really late with commenting on this wonderful tag of yours, Susan! I thought I had commented on this one but found that I didn't while browsing your blog today...

I always love your choice of colour as it makes your creations very unique and vibrant and yet still weathered looking! I also like the combination of the vintage themed photograph with your personal style! A wonderful tag!

    Thanks for the inspiration!
