Paint with infusions on your own background

I have put my manila tag into two challenges PaperArtsy "Paint with infusions" and Simon Says Monday challenge "Make your own background".

Leandra has shown Infusions with grunge paste which inspired me to try Infusions mixed with Glazing liquid, the colors were permanently and I could easily work with Distress oxide and other media.

I have used:

PaperAtsy Infusions: Golden Sands, A Bit Jaded and BlackCurrant

Glazing Liquid from Golden

Spellbinders stamp Big woodgrain and Butterfly Duo from Sizzix

Archival ink jet black and Clear embossing powder

Distress Oxide, Gold Foil and flax string

Out and About on *Art*Journal*Journey* March

It is a good theme Yvonne - Meggysway have found, and here is what I see when I stand on my balcony.

 I had to try a method of covering with white acrylic color. First I started gluing pieces of paper on my page and then I painted with different colors, afterwards I drew some organic forms. The entire page was covered with transparent gesso for pastel color.

I also tried colored charcoal which worked really well.

New March challenge on SanDee&amelie's Steampunk Challenges

To start my canvas I glued on an extra coarse piece of canvas which then was painted with black and blue paint. After drying I put a good layer of crackle medium on. At last I used titan buff for the cracks and cobalt teal blue to run down the middle.

I found the various elements as shown on my photo. I have stamped on tissue paper and sticked it on my canvas

 I have used: DecoArt Media Fluid Acrylics Titan Buff, Yellow Oxide, Cobalt Teal Hue, Prussian Blue Hue, Paynes Grey and Translucent White.

Americana Weathered Wood Crackle Medium and Decou-Page Matte.

From my stash: 13x18 cm canvas, cling stamps from Graphic45, 3D pads, tissue paper, old book page, coarse canvas, pictures from Alpha Stamps, Prima star, rusty plate found on the street, Tim Holtz card, Ranger ink pad java bean and Distress ink walnut stain
