Welcome to SanDee&amelie's Steampunk Challenges in October.
I imagined it was E.A. Poe's book telling his poem about the raven
coming and knocking on his door. His love for the mysterious and macabre,
E.A. Poe has always sent icings through my entire body,
when I read his short stories.
My cardboard book is 10x15 cm.
I've really been playing around with lots of paste and crackle paint,
using my spatula and my fingers to create layers and depth.
In some places I have also used sandpaper

The inspiration I got from a course at Wanderlust with Kat Kerr.
It was hard to photograph and I hope you, my good reader can get a small
impression of how my layers sit in the book.
I send a big October greeting to all of you and hope to see you at
