Hello
everybody,
here is my suggestion to Sandee & Amelie's March Challenge -
Transparency.
Sandee & Amelie's March Challenge - Transparency
Sandee & Amelie's March Challenge - Transparency
I started
with white cardstock so
I can control my colors, and I usually do this most of
the times.
To get
inspired, I glanced in my drawers to see what options I have.
I do not use many
drafts, everything is done as thoughts in my head.
The card is
11,5 x 21 cm wide, and I found some buildings on the internet,
and I have drawn on
them very loosely with brown Prismacolor.
The funny
thing is where my die cuts and stamps should be placed,
and the colors I need
for the card to be as I had imagined.
Before I
stick my front on, I made room with extra cardboard,
so the transparent
acetate can slide inside the card.
Tim Holtz Umbrella Man - Tattered Banners dies

This is absolutely brilliant, Susan!
SvarSletI adore the colour scheme you have achieved and that it is a mechanical card makes me love it even more! Such a brilliant idea and so brilliantly executed! I am so glad that you are on our Design Team now!

This is an amazing work so beautiful made.
SvarSletHi Susan, Wow! Stunning! I love that you drew your own buildings, and the colours are gorgeous. I totally get how you work from your head (I do the same) and it is a great way to get what is inside you, out.
SvarSletThanks for joining us at Fashionable Stamping Challenges.

A fabulous creation Susan, love the building in the background, You've given the whole card as well as the embellishments a fabulous rusting metal finish.
SvarSletThanks for sharing with us at FSC
